With fully adjustable resistance and stances, the lateral motion of the Skier's Edge allows you to target all of the muscles used in a skating stride. By strengthening and stabilizing small muscle groups and connective tissue, you'll drastically improve your hockey technique! WHICH SKIER'S EDGE MACHINE IS BEST FOR HOCKEY PLAYERS?
Both the T7 and QS7 machine are a great start. The RPM Platform is a MUST for Hockey players to allow training in an extra-wide athletic stance. The RPM comes standard on the QS7 and the T7 can be easily upgraded with the RPM.
The machines come with poles. You can add the Assistant Coach Balance Bar to give kids more confidence and stability on the machine. Once you have the balance down, you can begin using the machine with your hockey stick to duplicate the motion from the ice.
